The stargazing meditation takes you slowly through the night above the Mealagh Valley. How to find the Plough and follow it to the Pole Star, what to look for in each season, and the long quiet thread that ties this sky to the people who watched it here thousands of years ago.

 

The cloudgazing meditation is its daytime companion. You lie back and watch Atlantic weather form and pass overhead, the dome alive with weather and light long before the stars come out.
